Josh, a janitor at a venereal disease lab who lives with his parents, is obsessed with the game Biotic Wars. One night, he beats its “impossible” final level—and boom! Tiger and Wolf, characters from the game, appear in his room. They reveal the game was a recruitment test for a future war against robots wiping out humanity. Initially just wanting a girlfriend, Josh is dragged into time-hopping missions to prevent the apocalypse. From sabotaging a mad scientist’s lab to a twist about his own dad, this season’s packed with goofy action and instant chemistry among the trio. The cliffhanger ending leaves you hooked: can the future be changed?
