Let my terrible online shopping experience be a serious warning to others seeking quality fitted hats. After waiting anxiously for my order, I opened the box only to find they had sent the completely wrong size. I spent days emailing and waiting for an answer, but they simply would not reply, which is why I was finally compelled to call customer service directly. My conclusion is exactly what I ended up writing in my review: "This is one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever purchased anything from. They sent me the wrong size hat and then did not respond to emails at all. Finally, I called the store and they told me to pay for my own shipping label which they would refund later.


Warning: Wrong Size, Zero Response, and a Bait-and-Switch Refund! 😤
