Negative Experience My online shopping experience was a nightmare, a cautionary tale. The web site was so messed up it took me two and a half hours to purchase two pairs of glasses. I couldn't even type my prescription and save it to continue my purchase! It was certainly a waste of my time. My frustration led me to leave a review and seek immediate help from customer service, hoping for a resolution. Customer: Your website was an absolute mess. It took me 2.5 hours to buy glasses because I couldn't enter my prescription! CS Rep: I apologize for your difficulty. We can certainly assist you with that. Customer: I already typed it in! Now I have to wait for an email and do it all again? I'm not sure I'll order from you again, it's so frustrating. CS Rep: We regret this inconvenience. We can process your prescription manually for you to complete your order smoothly.
