I recently had such a terrible in-store experience that I felt compelled to share this cautionary tale. My issue wasn't with the products, but the management—or lack thereof. The experience was so appalling that I can only conclude that Jonathan is the rudest person I have had had the unfortunate experience of meeting. After being treated this way, and having to rely on the kindness of the security guard for basic assistance, I immediately decided to contact customer service and leave this public review.
