I felt compelled to reach out to customer service after realizing the dress I paid $40 extra to rush-ship was never going to arrive, which led to the painful realization that, "I have yet to receive the dress I ordered March 2nd and I paid $40 extra for the order to be expedited and was promised I would receive it by my daughter party on the 13th⦠No dress received still and my daughter 18th birthday party was RUINED! She had no dress which resulted in cancellation of her party, money lost, and my daughter in tears!!
